The Best Facial Masks From Kiwi Fruit

Sure you know about useful qualities of kiwi, when we eat this fruit. But also kiwi is the wonderful cosmetologist! Vitamins and organic acids, contained in this fruit, are very useful for face skin. Facial masks from kiwi have both tonic and therapeutic effects. They cleanse skin finely; make it more elastic, fresh and young. Here you can find some easy recipes.

Kiwi mask for dry, worn and ill-nourished skin. You will need 1 tablespoon kiwi juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 yolk of egg. Mix the ingredients and apply on the face. Leave it on for about 15 minutes. Remove the mask using a sponge. The kiwi juice will stimulate the blood circulation and the mask will smooth, nourish and calm the skin.

Kiwi mask for any type of skin. Take one kiwi fruit, 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon orange juice, 1 tablespoon almond oil, and 1 cup mashed carrots. Mix all the ingredients and make a fine paste. Apply it on the face and leave until it dries. Wash your face with cold water.

Cleansing mask. Knead one kiwi fruit and put it on the face. If mass pinches skin from time to time, it is ok. It means that mask works, because organic acids give salutary effect. Wash your face in 15 minutes. Then clean the face with any tonic and put your ordinary cream.

Strawberry and kiwi facial mask for all skin types. You'll need 5-6 strawberries, 1 kiwi fruit, peeled 1/2 cucumber. Using a food processor, blend all ingredients into a thin paste. If too runny, add a teaspoon of oatmeal until a paste forms that will stay on your skin without dripping off. To use, apply liberally to face and neck area. Gently massage to lightly exfoliate your skin. Leave on for 5-10 minutes, rinse well with warm water. Your skin will feel clean and fresh.

Nourishing mask. Knead a half a banana and 1 kiwi fruit and mix them carefully. Then add 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt. Put the mask on the face. Leave on for 15-20 minutes and then wash with warm water. Then clean the face with any lotion.

Kiwi cleanser for oily skin. This is a cooling, light facial cleanser suitable for oily skin. Make it as and when needed and use immediately for best results. You will need half a kiwi fruit, 15ml plain yoghurt, 5ml skimmed milk, 5ml clear honey, 5ml fine oatmeal, 1 drop essential oil and 1 drop lavender essential oil. Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz until the mixture is smooth. Apply to face and neck with cotton pads. Massage in gently. Rinse and finish off with toner and moisturizer.

Best Facial Cleanser For Your Sensitive Skin

What does it take to make the best facial cleanser? Who really needs a sensitive skin facial cleanser? Here, you will learn the answers to these questions and more.

Cleansing is an important part of any skincare routine. The cleansers that you use on a daily basis should be safe and gentle. But many of them are not, particularly the ones that are used to remove make-up. They contain caustic chemicals that irritate the eyes and are toxic to the skin.

Of course you may not see an immediate reaction, but if you see redness, then you are not using the best facial cleanser. After cleansing, the face should look smooth, refreshed and radiant, not red, irritated and inflamed. The older you are, the more important it is to use a sensitive skin facial cleanser. But regardless of your age, you should always treat your skin gently.

The idea of exfoliation is very illogical. Supposedly, we are scrubbing away dead cells when we exfoliate, revealing a younger, healthier layer of new skin. That's hogwash, plain and simple.

The skin's outermost layers are composed entirely of dead cells. Each time that you wash, you remove any loose cells. Those will be replaced through natural rejuvenation processes, most of which go on while you are sleeping.

Exfoliation doesn't do much more than cause irritation. With the use of a good sensitive skin facial cleanser, you remove dirt and grime that block the pores and interfere with the natural rejuvenation processes, but you do not cause irritation.

The best facial cleanser for use on a daily basis is a simple solution containing natural ingredients like tea tree oil, manuka honey or orange oil. Even orange oil can be a little to strong for some people. But, a manuka honey bar is a great sensitive skin facial cleanser.

Are you are concerned about clogged pores? If you have pimples, blackheads or whiteheads, then a cleansing mask, designed for weekly or bi-weekly use, is a good choice. The best facial cleanser mask that I have found is one that contains extracts from mineral clay.

Clay extracts absorb excessive oils and suck dirt out of the pores, but they do it gently. The only problem is that most masks are designed to dry up on your face, and removing them requires scrubbing, which causes irritation.

Some companies have solved this problem by combining the clay extracts with macadamia oil and Shea butter. These won't dry out. You leave them on for about twenty minutes and simply rinse them off. Your face will feel clean, soft and smooth, and glow with radiance, not redness.

When you are shopping for sensitive skin facial cleanser or other personal care products, look for those that are free of artificial preservatives. Natural vitamin E effectively preserves the other ingredients in a skincare product, and it's also good for the skin's health.

The best facial cleanser is also fragrance free. Added fragrances are second only to artificial preservatives as common causes of adverse and allergic reactions.

An Antioxidant Face Cream Can Heal and Renew Your Skin

An antioxidant face cream is one of the most effective ways to care for aging skin. However, if you are like millions of other Americans, you have probably heard all the talk about organic face creams and wondered if they will help you repair the damage that your skin has experienced over the years. Many skin care manufacturers are touting the fact that their products are organic.

Do you realize that there actually is quite a bit of disagreement as to how to define organic. In reality, it is impossible to determine to what degree an organic face cream is truly organic. And even if you could tell by reading the ingredient label, just because it is organic does not mean it will provide what your skin needs.

You will be better off looking for an antioxidant face cream that includes natural ingredients. If you are dealing with signs of aging such as wrinkled or sagging skin and age spots, you will need to find a face cream that addresses two issues.

1. It must have ingredients that help build collagen in the skin.
2. It must effectively deal with the free radicals in our bodies that speed up the aging process causing damage to our skin.

With this in mind, it is critical that a skin cream includes antioxidants to fight the free radicals and nutrients that stimulate the body's production of collagen. Having said this, here are a couple ingredients to look for in an antioxidant face cream.

1. Phytessence Wakame - this ingredient is made from the extract of a Japanese sea weed called wakame. Phytessence Wakame has very high levels of vitamins and minerals that nourish the skin. It has antioxidant characteristics you want in an organic face cream.

2. Cynergy TK - The primary substance in this ingredient is the protein keratin. Laboratory studies have shown that this functional keratin is able to be absorbed into the skin where it helps build both collagen and elastin. Clinical studies of Cynergy TK have provided results showing a long term increase in the firmness and hydration of the skin. It is also a very powerful antioxidant.

There you have it. Don't get too hung up on whether or not you have an organic face cream. Look for natural ingredients and avoid chemicals. But if you want something that can fight the aging of your skin, be sure you have a good antioxidant face cream that has ingredients that have been proven to increase collagen levels and fight free radicals.
